Delta C Laboratory is an independent scientific laboratory that has been studying electromagnetic propagation through space. This is a privately funded laboratory. In 2023, Delta C Laboratory discovered that the speed of light is variable and this laboratory can demonstrate this phenomenon via experimentation. The current focus of this laboratory is further research related to this phenomenon as well as working to ensure public access and awareness of this discovery.
Delta C Laboratory has no financial interest in this discovery and all information is in the public domain. The raw data from many of our experiments is available on this website at no cost. Delta C Laboratory is not selling any equipment or information. Delta C Laboratory has no connections with any of the manufacturers of the equipment utilized and/or suggested in the peer reviewed paper scheduled to be published in March of this year.
The primary research scientist is Mr. Rene Steinhauer. His primary educational background was in practicing emergency medicine, however he continued to study physics. His background as a HAM radio operator provided him with knowledge and experience in both electronics and an understanding of radio wave propagation that is critical to the development of the experiment described at this website. He recently retired from medicine and continues to study physics and experiment at Delta C Laboratory in Suisun City, California.
