Years of experimentation have been undertaken by Delta C Laboratory to examine the possibility of variable light speed.  Multiple experiments have demonstrated this phenomenon, and the results are in the published paper.  The results demonstrated in this experiment will shake the foundations of physics but will open the door for superluminal transport and new technological and economic opportunities based upon this discovery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
